The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 7/5/2022 As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 7/14/2022. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 6TH business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

For the archived retirees who maintained benefits with a date of
hire of 1/1/2015 and no termination date. The previous employee
would not always include termination date in our old payroll
system in general as well, so some of that data is not available.
