Please immediately supply the records or a reason they cannot be produced. Six statements of requiring an extension is well beyond what any court would consider customary or reasonable, especially for a simple email search.

Good Afternoon,
Attached are the documents responsive to your OPRA request regarding
communications between the Township and PBA.
Please note that the OPRA request for all emails between the Township and
the PBA without a specific topic or issue is overly broad. Requests must
be made for specific identifiable documents to allow the Township to
reasonably search for said documents rather than research to determine
which documents may or may not be responsive between two or multiple
individuals (See Donato v. Township of Union, GRC Complaint No. 2005-182
(February 2007), and Burnett v. County of Gloucester, (App. Div. 2010).
Please note that there are no emails responsive to your request with any
outside PBA email address.
However, though the Township has no obligation to research and review all
potential emails for documents responsive to the request, the Township has
retrieved all email correspondence between the parties listed, including
all emails between Township officials and the PBA President Mr. Nols
piscataway email address, as requested, in order to be responsive to the
request. Please note that redactions have been made, and certain records
have not been provided, pursuant to the following exceptions:
1) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1(1) - inter-agency or intra-agency advisory,
consultative, or deliberative material; and
2) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 – Reasonable expectation of privacy exception.
3) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1(10)(b) - Information generated by or on behalf of
public employers or public employees in connection with any grievance
filed by or against an employee.
