The Borough of Spotswood, and Patricia DeStefano, RMC, the official
Records Custodian, received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on
May 2, 2018.   As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to
your request is Friday, May 11, 2018.  This response to your request is
being provided to you on the 6^th business day after the custodian’s
receipt of said request. 

 

The attached are being provided in response to your request for the below

Mayor and Council members do not receive health benefits, government
vehicles, EZpass/parking permits, stipends/allowances, bonuses, or other
perks.

 

 

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your
request.  Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this
request is $0.00.

not and did not receive any reimbursement pay during any year they have
been in office nor 2017 or 2018.  This should fulfill your request.
