Apex is completing a due diligence assessment of a portion of the property located at 349 George Street (Block 9, Lot 5) in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Site is currently improved with a two-story structure that is used for commercial purposes and most recently was occupied by Payless. Apex is requesting all files related to environmental concerns at the site including, but not limited to, above ground and underground storage tanks, remedial actions and permits, tanks and building permits, discharges/releases of petroleum and hazardous materials, fires, monitoring wells, and/or septic systems.
