Records requested: Police Drone video data was generated and collected on April 13, 2021 at the municipal complex from 6PM -9PM by the Old Bridge Police team in attendance at the event. This information includes video of all people in attendance of the Rally for Unity, from which I was an organizer. Please provide us with a copy of the data captured by this drone on the above date.

Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1 it has been determined that this request does not
qualify under the OPRA laws as it would jeopardize security of the
building(s), facilities and/or persons therein. It may also involve the
security measures and surveillance techniques which would create a risk to
the safety of persons, property, electronic data or software. Therefore, I
