Per your below OPRA request dated and received 12/6/17 for " Dog and Cat license Fee Reports to the state for the year of 2017," please find attached Monthly Dog License Reports (VPH-10 Forms) submitted to the State of New Jersey to date for the period of January 2017 through November 2017.

There are no records responsive as to Cat License Fee Reports to the State as there is currently no State license fee required for cats.
