Detective Frinzi and communication with Alison Stem

This Office is in receipt of your OPRA request regarding Detective
Frinzi.  Due to the voluminous nature of your request, we are requesting a
three (3) week extension of the response due date.  This request was
received on March 3, 2020.  The original due date would have been March
12, 2020.  The extended due date is now April 2, 2020.
