The Closed Property is property that no longer needs to be inventoried on
a yearly basis by the NJSP and the Federal Government, most of that
property we do not have anymore.  Either was given to other agencies or
destroyed.   The other spread sheet, Current Inventory, are the items that
are inventoried every year by the NJSP and the Feds.  The federal computer
database where this information is pulled from and the inventories are
conducted through only goes back to 2014.  Any items received before that
we have no way of tracking.  NJSP states that DLA (Defense Logistics
Agency) may have that information somewhere but even they do not have
access to it.
