Dear Records, DEP,

I need to know why the first email is redacted as well as why 28-32 and 51-53 are completely blank. The very last email from Eric Wachter to Dan Ryan has an attachment you need to send me ASAP that reads "Duff FB Documentation". Please send that ASAP as well as legal justification for the redactions and blank emails.

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Duff

Mr. Duff:

With regards to the first page of the "OPRA 262798 Records_Redacted" PDF file, the redacted portion of the sentence related to inter-agency advisory and consultative material, which is privileged pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.

Pages 28-32 and 51-53 (actually 50 - 52) have not been manipulated or redacted. These pages relate to email notifications of individuals accepting meeting appointments through the email system. There are no discussions on these type of email notifications, just the header information.

In reviewing the last email from "Eric Wachter to Dan Ryan" and double clicking on the blue highlighted attachment as well as selecting the "Attachment" icon on the left-side of the PDF provides access to the attachment "Duff FB Documentation". Regardless, the referenced attachment is attached hereto.

Dear Records, DEP,
I have one more thing I need to know about these facebook clippings of my pages. Who is the person searching. It looks like her name is Lynn. Who is Lynn and why is she a stalker?

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Duff
