Good afternoon Information Please,
The Toms River Regional School District ("District") received your Open
Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated today, September 15, 2021.  The
official Custodian of Records received your OPRA request today, September
15, 2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your

provided to you on the day of the custodian's receipt of said request.  
Information requested:  
BOE member attendance for each officially advertised meeting from 1/1/2020
through 9/15/2021.
In response to your OPRA request, please be advised that this information
is provided on our Toms River Schools website.  Once you are on the
website, you will see Administration at the top, shaded in gray.  You will
then come to another page where you will see Board of Education at the
top, shaded in gray.  To the left of this screen under Important
Information click the Agendas, Attachments, and Minutes which is shaded in
blue.  This will pull up every Board of Education meeting that was
officially advertised.  Under each date, you will see Minutes highlighted
in blue.  Once you open up the Minutes on the first page you will see the
roll call of attendance.  This will provide you with all of the Board of
Education members that were in attendance for that meeting.  Once you
scroll to the bottom of the Agendas, Attachments, and Minutes page and you
no longer see any additional meetings listed, you can then pull up any
archived Board of Education meeting for any date prior to January 6, 2021
under Additional Information and Archived Board of Education Meetings.
