Body cam footage from Officer Burkhardt, Badge 361, from SEP 05 2023, 4:00PM to 5:30PM. As well as dashcam footage from the vehicle he was driving for the same date and time period.
I am also confirming I will pay any fee associated with this request if applicable and I am authorizing up to $25 and I would like to pick up the material when available.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 9/21/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 10/2/2023. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

redactions. OPRA allows custodians to seek custodians to seek

Please be advised that due to the file size of the requested
audio/video records it may exceed email capacity. Therefore, the
records will be transmitted by CD. The fee would be 35 cents if
picked up or $4.75 if you would like it mailed.
The CD is ready please advise if you wouod like it mailed or
picked up.
