Copies of any and all documents related to the transfer of all existing bank accounts open belonging to the Commissioners of District #1 at the time of the fire district #1 dissolution on July 29, 2021 to Commissioners of District #2 acquired via Buena Borough Ordinance 701 (bank accounts transferred from Commissioners of Fire District #1 to Commissioners of Fire District #2):

Please indicate who signed the legal documents and what documentation was presented to the bank to transfer any and all accounts on behalf of District #1 to close out/transfer funds from District #1's name to District #2's name.

Attached is a copy of the Opening of New Accounts, and the transaction receipts, for these accounts.

To answer your question, a copy of Buena Borough Ordinance 701, which was signed by Borough Clerk Maryann Coraluzzo, and Council President Rosalie Baker was presented to the bank as the legal document.

Could you please clarify which commissioner(s) presented the bank with a copy of the signed ordinance 701 to transfer the funds to a new account in the name of District 2.

All five commissioners were required by the bank to go in, provide proof of identification and sign for the transfer of the accounts.
