It is my belief that leadership starts at the top. Please provide me an attendance report from the governor's office for December 31, 2020, summarizing year to date absenteeism and latenesses for the employees in the governor's office, which should be derived from computerized printouts of key card door access information. In the absence of this report, please provide a copy of written procedures on the above. If attendance procedures are not in writing (a copy of which should be held in your Personnel Office and with the Governor or a close associate), please tell me.
