Rurik,

As per your request, we have searched the Village server for “emails to Lorraine Reynolds containing the words Healthbarn, or Health Barn, Habernickel, or 1057 Hillcrest during the date range of 1/1/21 to 3/31/21 and found a voluminous amount of responsive documents. Therefore, I have prepared a special service fee estimate for you.

We estimate there to be 267 pages of emails which will require approximately 2 minutes to process/redact each page. That will bring us to approximately 7 hours of time after you deduct the two hours you are permitted by ordinance. The hourly charge for redacting is $25. which is the lowest hourly wage of the person in the responding department that can produce the documents. That brings the approximate price for processing/redacting to $225.00. The fee for copying the 67 pages as you are permitted 200 pages at no charge under the ordinance at $.05 per page is approximately $3.35. Your approximate total special service fee for producing the responsive documents for this request $228.35.

If you decide to proceed with the request, we would need to discuss partial payment in advance. Please advise how you would like to proceed. Thank you.
