My original request was made on or about November 20th. Even in the time of Covid, and discounting holidays, you should have responded or at least acknowledged this request.

Please comply with the letter and the intent of The Open Public Records Act before the end of this year.

The New Jersey Open Public Records Act requires a party requesting access to a public record to specifically describe the document(s) sought. See Bart v. Passaic County Public Housing Agency, 406 N.J. Super 445 (App. Div. 2009); New Jersey Builders Association v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 390 N.J. Super. 166, 180 (App. Div. 2007); Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30.

Further, your request appears to seek information only. The function of the custodian of records is to supply records responsive to a request, but is not authorized to directly answer questions for information, nor require records custodians to undertake research in order to determine what records may be responsive to the request. I am looking for the specific accounting lines in your 2018, 2019 and 2020 that are designated for the expansion, maintenance or creation of routes to better the transportation of people with disabilities around the County, also known as Paratransit.
If you don't allocate any funds in your budgets, I will need:
Resolutions of investment, expansion or maintenance of transportation for people with disabilities in your County for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
