Dear Camden City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All CDBG grants from 2014-2018 that were re allocated for a purpose other that the initial applicants usage of the funds, and or re allocated to anyone other entity than the original applicants. The original application of each re allocated grant, all resolutions that awarded the original grants, as well as the resolutions for the re appropriated grants from 2014-2018. All agreements with the city for both the original applicant as well as the re assigned applicant from 2014- 2018.

Any and all sign up sheets, as well as public comment minutes received that were made be the public between 2014 and 2018 regarding the final c plan meetings held in Camden for the 2 requires CDBG meetings to accept public input. For example, the meetings the were held in 2017, were held on April 3rd (Though advertised on April 5th), and May 5th. I am seeking the newspaper clipping that show the posted meetings from 2014-2018.

At this time the City of Camden has been working diligently to respond to
your OPRA Request from May 11, 2018, however your request is vague and
broad. The City needs clarification on several of your requests. In order
to try to better understand your request and provide you the records, I
have broken down your request as follows:

 

1.      All CDBG grants from 2014-2018 that were re-allocated for a
purpose other than the initial applicant usage of the funds.

2.      All CDBG grants from 2014-2018 re-allocated to anyone other entity
other than the original applicant.

3.      The original application of each grant? Do you mean for the
Initial applicant/ the re-allocated applicant? Please be more specific.

4.      All resolutions that awarded the original grants.

5.      All resolutions for the re-appropriated grants. Do you mean
re-allocated?

6.      All agreements with the City for both original and reassigned
applicants from 2014-2018? Again do you mean re-allocated?

7.      Any and all sign-up sheets, as well as any public comment minutes
received that were made by the public between 2014 and 2018 regarding the
final c plan meetings?

8.      The newspaper clipping that show the posted meetings from
2014-2018.

 

Regarding your last request for the newspaper clippings. The City of
Camden does not keep newspaper clippings as a government record.

 

Please provide clarity on the above items in red.

In regards to your September 7th OPRA request, please find documentation
attached and per our Bureau of Grants Management: Please be advised that
"Program Income" (which was included in the 2017 list) are funds the City
of Camden received.   We are the original grantee.  The funds were not
taken from any other entity or agency.
