Dear Mr. Alan,

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 5/19/2022. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 5/31/2022. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.

1.   Township Emergency Medical Annex

The township emergency operations is agreed upon in the Township
of Lakewood Emergency Medical Annex. Attached is the the most
recent (excerpt: pg.7 paragraph C) from the Annex that shows the
coverage agreement.

This deems your request complete.

EMS: The township emergency operations is agreed upon in the
Township of Lakewood Emergency Medical Annex. This is reviewed,
signed, & submitted through the Police Department. Attached is the
the most recent (excerpt: pg.7 paragraph C) from the Annex that
shows the coverage agreement.
