Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Hamilton Township (Mercer) should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Sharon F. Primerano

Dear Hamilton Township (Mercer),

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide all publicly available evidence of any and all added / omitted assessments for parcel Block 2167 Lot 257 Qualifier C______ location at 1004 Silver Court in Hamilton, which can / will result in any future added / omitted tax bills either this year or the coming year as the new resident will need to be aware of such forthcoming billings. As the title company hired by the future Hamilton residents, it is in their best interest to have total transparency prior to settlement to assure that escrow funds are collected appropriately”

Yours faithfully,

Sharon F. Primerano
