Please provide an export of the fields of digital data contained within the Active911 dispatch software in electronic spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) format detailing all alarms / calls for the period of May 1st, 2019 to May 31st, 2019. As we previously agreed I will accept the redaction of call comments in order to avoid any special service fees.
If you intend to claim that the department does not have access to this information, please be advised that Active911 computer systems have confirmed that there is an account that has been created under the name "Ocean County Fire & EMS" registered to the department's address at 138 Chestnut Street, Toms River. I will provide a screenshot of this information upon request.
I am requesting all columns of the fields of data in spreadsheet / excel electronic format, which include: id received sent priority description details external_data place address unit cross_street city state lat lon coordinate_source source units cad_code map_code map_id alert_key messages responses
The Active911 web interface should allow this data to be exported in CSV or similar original electronic format from the "alarms" tab of the web interface.
