Dear Barnegat Light Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please provide an export of the fields of digital data contained within the Active911 dispatch software in electronic spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) format detailing all alarms / calls for the period of March 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2019. This request is for the Active911 data maintained by the Barnegat Light First Aid Squad.
I am requesting all columns of the fields of data in spreadsheet / excel electronic format, which include: id received sent priority description details external_data place address unit cross_street city state lat lon coordinate_source source units cad_code map_code map_id alert_key messages responses
The Active911 web interface should allow this data to be exported in CSV or similar original electronic format from the "alarms" tab of the web interface. To assist you in fulfilling this OPRA request, the following is a link to a support article on the Active911 website detailing this process: http://wiki.active911.com/wiki/index.php
I received your request.
I will forward the request to the First Aid Squad. I am not sure how their records are kept.
I really don't understand what you are asking for, maybe they will.
Hello Mr. Rozzi,
The Borough does not maintain the records of the First Aid Squad.
I have tried to obtain the records that you have requested with no success.
I do not know how to obtain the records.
I was told that the Barnegat Light First Aid Squad do not use Active911 but use 18 mile Emergency Services for 911.
The only thing they use Active911 for is for interdepartmental communication, such as notifications of meetings, ect.
Let me know if you have any questions.
