Dear Seaside Heights Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please provide an export of the fields of digital data contained within the Borough's Active911 dispatch software in electronic spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) format detailing all alarms / calls for the period of March 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2019.
I am requesting all columns of the fields of data in spreadsheet / excel electronic format, which include: id received sent priority description details external_data place address unit cross_street city state lat lon coordinate_source source units cad_code map_code map_id alert_key messages responses
The Active911 web interface should allow this data to be exported in CSV or similar original electronic format from the "alarms" tab of the web interface. To assist you in fulfilling this OPRA request, the following is a link to a support article on the Active911 website detailing this process: http://wiki.active911.com/wiki/index.php...
Our police department does not have dispatch. We use Ocean County 911.
