RCVD CLARIFICATION VIA EMAIL 3/20 AS FOLLOWS: "I am requesting a
police report regarding an accident on 2/13/23. The driver of the
vehicle was Paul Kann"

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 3/20/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 3/29/2023. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 5th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-131, copies of auto accident
reports requested other than in person have an administrative fee
of $5.00 per report. The cost associated with this request is
$5.00.

Additionally, please note that if you would like to pick up the
requested records, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5 (b),
printed documents are $0.05 per letter-sized pager or smaller. The
cost associated with this request is $0.10. This fee will be
administered if you are picking up the report.

At this time, please clarify your request as to whether you will
be picking up in person or how you will be paying the $5.00 report
fee.
