Dear Danielle Sinowitz,

Hi, Ms. Sinowitz. After you denied my OPRA request on June 7, 2019, I retained a lawyer, Walter. M. Luers, Esq. Mr. Luers' office is located in Clifton, New Jersey. I will be suing you and Jackson Township because you denied part of my OPRA request, in violation of the law. Mr. Luers, my lawyer, has informed me that my lawsuit will be filed very soon, probably today or within the next few days; certainly within the 45 days that a lawsuit must, per law, be filed after an OPRA request is denied. This matter will now be resolved, initially, in the New Jersey Superior Court.

Thank you for wishing me a nice weekend. I sincerely hope that you have a nice weekend as well. I look forward to seeing you in court. If you and/or Jackson Township feel the need to contact me, please do so through my attorney. Walter Luers' telephone number is 908-894-5656.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Danielle Sinowitz,

Why are some of these records upside down? Please comply with the law and make these records easily readable. I will sue if you if you don't comply immediately. Make all of these records easily readable. Don't make any of these records upside-down. What is wrong with you? Why are you trying to thwart the law?

Dear Danielle Sinowitz,

Why does it take a lawyer to get you to do your job? Why are you so difficult? Don't you realize that you are paid to serve the taxpayers and that each time you don't do your job it winds up costing the taxpayers more of their hard-earned money to pay my lawyer? Why do I have to sue you to get you to do your job?

Please provide all of the records that I requested. Please make sure that none of these records are upside-down.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
