Thank you for this response . We do actually request the original letter on February 16, 2021 as well as the methods it was delivered, for example US certified mail, email etc and also who was CC’d please.

Dear Tammy Brown,
We are trying to clarify all the recipients method of delivery as well. Did all the council people, the Assembly persons, the Senator, The Chief of Staff, The Assistant Commissioner, The Deputy Commissioner, etc. get sent their copies on February 16th via US mail?
