Hi Bob,
Seems this past weekend if noise pushed our residents over the line. This was posted today:

“We have been advised by the Manchester Police that they can do nothing about the music emanating from Heritage Minerals.  They even confessed that they hear the music loud and clear. They informed me There is live music, a bandstand and over 1000 people attending.

They have given out tickets to Hovananian/ Hovsons Inc. and no one responds.  We don’t know why they can’t serve warrants.  They said to call this company directly @732-922-6100. For us to do their dirty work.

They only have 5 police officers on tonight and they can not take on the thousands of people there. The police also mention they get hundreds of calls on a daily basis complaining about this problem.
The police also said we should attend a town hall meeting
And call code enforcement @ 732-922-6100 @ x 3912.

I also called the New Jersey State Police @ 609-922-6100 this evening and asked if they can assist. They said that they will have to call Manchester Police and find out what is going first.

There is illegal activity that disturbs the neighboring areas for miles. We need to ban together and make phone calls and attend thelocal meetings.

Also I think we all need to call the NJ State Police to rectify the situation!

If we all call them we may have a chance.”
