Dear Frazier, Cynthia H.,

I would like a copy of the PowerPoint presentation made by Kimberly Bylone and Brianna Cardinalle that is spoken about in the documents you sent. This was presented to the symposium by the pair.(see attached photo) https://www.facebook.com/AmericanStudies...

I was seeking the video recordings and or audio recordings of the presentations and or minutes, if recorded, do you have them?

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Duff

Mr. Duff,

With regard to your request for a copy of the PowerPoint presentation made by Kimberly Bylone and Brianna Cardinalle during the symposium, your request is denied based on the fact that this record is not a governmental record, i.e. the academic presentation is the work product of students and therefore not a record that Stockton has retained.

As stated in the response cover letter, please be advised again that there are no video or tapings, responsive to your request.

Thank you,
Cynthia Frazier

Dear Frazier, Cynthia H.,

This is what was posted on Facebook "This study provides an overview of the results of a research project funded by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Historic Preservation Office, for a biographical investigation of Martin Luther King, Jr"
https://www.facebook.com/AmericanStudies...

This clearly says it is providing the "results" of a state funded research project, which means that PowerPoint is technically owned by the taxpayers of NJ, of which I am one. So please get me a copy of that PowerPoint. It was proudly posted on FaceBook and already presented to the public at the symposium. Not giving this information, as well as not giving the race of the employees involved in the study, it starting to make people think you are hiding something.

Yours sincerely,

Patrick Duff

Dear Mr. Duff,

As previously stated, the University does not have records responsive to your request for the graduate students’ presentation. The PowerPoint presentation shown by graduate students Kimberly Bylone and Brianna Cardinalle on April 26, 2017 at the Stockton Graduate Student Research Symposium is not a “government record” or “record” made, maintained or kept on file by Stockton University under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.

Thank you,
