Good afternoon,

A search was conducted by the Environmental Health Department and nothing
was found that pertains to the information requested.

The absence of any information in a file or the absence of a file on a
property does not indicate the absence of underground storage tank(s),
contamination or any other type of environmental problem.

An extension until May 1, 2019 is needed in order to receive a response
from the Construction Department.
